Spicy 


Cryin' Over Cayenne   Yield: 5 cups. (Net wt. 2 oz.)  Get your hankies out and shed a spicy tear! Here's an awesome blend of onion recipe, garlic, paprika, cayenne and more to make a dip or a spread, or perk up a million other recipes!  EMBELLISH OLD STANDBYS: Use Cryin' Over Cayenne to blacken fish. Dip halibut steaks, or any firm fish into melted butter and pat on Cryin' Over Cayenne to taste. Then you may bake, B.B.Q., or broil. Add 1/2 teaspoon of Cryin' Over Cayenne to tomato soup while heating. If you make your own pasta, add 1 tablespoon of Cryin' Over Cayenne to the flour at mixing time. For Cajun meat loaf add 2 tablespoons to your favorite meat loaf recipe. Mix Cryin' Over Cayenne into softened butter. Use in place of regular butter to sauté chicken, fish or meats. Also great tossed with fresh cooked pasta!

Jack And The Bean Dip  Yield: 3 batches. (Net wt. 2 oz.)  Spice up your life with a zesty Mexican combination of onion recipe, jalapeno, tomato, garlic, cayenne and much, much more. Great recipes for hot or cold dishes.  MEXICAN RICE Add one heaping teaspoon Jack And The Bean Dip seasoning to 2 cups boiling water, add 1 cup rice and cook according to the package directions. This makes great Mexican rice. BISCUITS OR CORN BREAD ALA JACK Add 1 teaspoon (or to taste) of Jack And The Bean Dip seasoning to your favorite biscuit or corn bread recipe. Serve with black bean soup or anything else appropriate TIP: ? For fajitas, tacos or tostados try sprinkling Jack And The Bean Dip seasoning over chicken pieces or ground beef, and sauté.

Some Like It Hot  (Net wt. 2 oz.)   Chipotle at it's best....Our newest product is a great blend of Chipotle peppers, red pepper, tomatoes, onions and more that can make a dip or a phenomenal cheese ball! Yield is two batches, make the dip and the cheese ball!

Eat Your Vegetables!  Yield: 2 batches. (Net wt. 2 oz.)   No more lectures from Mom...now you'll be happy to Eat Your Vegetables. This blend is a wonderful combination of 8 vegetables, herbs and spices. So good as a spread or dip.  VEGETABLE DIP 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise 3/4 Cup Sour Cream 4 Tbs. Eat Your Vegetables! Mix all ingridents together and refrigerate at least three hours. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, etc.


The Garlic Of  Eatin'  Yield: 3 batches. (Net wt. 2 oz.)   One of our new and "packed full of flavor" dips that combine roasted garlic, artichoke hearts and parmesan cheese with tomato, rosemary and other special herbs that may be served hot or cold. To die for! 1 cup Mayonnaise 1 cup Sour Cream 1 jar (6 1/2 oz.) Artichoke Hearts 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (optional but extraordinary!) 3 Tbs. The Garlic of Eatin'  Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Mix with the remaining ingridents and place in serving container. Refrigerate at least three hours for flavors to blend. HOT DIP: 1 cup Good quality Mayonnaise 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese 1 jar (6 1/2 oz.) Artichoke Hearts 1/2 cup Crab, Shrimpor sliced Almonds (optional) 3 Tbs. The Garlic of Eatin' Be sure to mix up and shake contents in package well before measuring. Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Mix with the reamining . Put in an oven proof dish. Refrigerate at least three hours. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes at 325°F or until bubbly. Serve warm with crackers or bread squares.


It's Greek To Me    This delicious spread is wonderful on toasted baquettes & crackers, or try filling crisp celery sticks. A blend of onions, tomatoes, parsley, oregano & more will have everyone asking for more! GREEK SPREAD: 5 Tbs. It's Greek To Me 8 oz cream cheese 1/2 cup Mayonaise 1/2 cup Feta cheese (crumbled) 1/2 cup Kalamata olives (pitted & chopped)

 
Pesto And Pastabilities  Yield 3 batches. (Net wt. 2 oz.)    Belisimo! Basil at its best! Just wait until you hear the comments from your family and friends. Awesome!  PESTO DIP 1 Cup Mayonnaise 1 Cup Sour Cream 3 Tbs. PESTO AND PASTABILITIES Mix together and refrigerate three hours or longer. Great with vegetables, crackers, or on baked potatoes. TIP: FOR PASTA SAUCE: Thin cream cheese mixture with a little milk and heat gently. Pour over favorite pasta.


Popeye's Passion  Yield: 4 cups. (Net wt. 2 oz)    Even the kids will love, love, love this one! Just don't tell them it's spinach. A sensational dip with the spinach right in the package. This is our number one best seller! TIPS AND TRICKS... Popeye's Passion is so good as a dip. There is rarely any left, however, if you are lucky enough to have some leftover, it is great on baked potatoes. Serve in a hollowed out loaf of sour dough bread. You can hollow the bread out earlier and freeze it and then at serving time put the dip into the frozen loaf. It will keep your dip colder during your party. If you have any bread left after a party, remove the remaining dip and wrap the bread in foil. Refrigerate, and then the next time you need garlic bread, simply bake the loaf at 275° until heated. Slice and serve.
Roasted Red The Pepper Spread  Yield: 2-3 batches (Net wt. 2 oz.)    Three great way to enjoy this one! As a smokey spread for sandwiches, bagels or crackers... A dip from veggies or crackers, or as a sauce for crab cakes on other fish... As a butter blend for panni or grilled sandwiches, frying hash browns, sauteing chicken or put a pat on your sizzling steak! Yum!  8oz cream cheese 1/4 cup Mayonaise 5 Tbs Roasted Red Soften cream cheese & combine with mayo & seaoning. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve with bagels, rustic bread, or crackers.
Roma's Burning  Yield: 2 batches. (Net wt. 2 oz.)    Excite and tantalize your palate with this combination of roma tomatoes, roasted garlic, onion recipe and a hint of heat. Makes a delicious spread, dip or pasta sauce. TIPS AND TRICKS... Fantastic Pasta Dish! Prepare as above and refrigerate. Before serving, place mixture into a heavy saucepan over low heat, add 1/4 cup milk and stir until blended and melted. Toss with hot pasta and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts. Viva bene! NOTE: 1 Tbs. of Roma's Burning added to 1/2 cup mayonnaise makes a great sandwich spread. ROMA'S BURNING DIP 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 1/2 cup Sour Cream 2 Tbs. Roma's Burning Mix well and refrigerate for 3 hours. Serve with assorted vegetables, crackers or chips.
Thrill Of A Dill  Each package makes 10 cups of dip. (Net wt. 2 oz.)    One of our most versatile dips. A wonderful blend of premium dill weed, onion recipe, parsley and more. No preservatives, only a trace of salt.  TIPS AND TRICKS... Thrill of a Dill is wonderful with fish and seafood. Chopped cucumber may be added to the dip to make an extra special sauce for fish. Mix the dill dip with baby shrimp and stuff a tomato or make a sandwich. For a low calorie feast, the dry dill dip may be sprinkled on halibut or salmon before baking. Sprinkle the dry dill mix over sauteed vegetables while cooking. Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon dry dill mix to canned tomato soup. Mix blended dill dip into your favorite potato salad recipe. Top a baked potato with Thrill of a Dill dip. Stuff mushrooms with dill dip for a delicious appetizer. Toss steamed new potatoes with melted butter and dry dill mix. Mix the dill dip with water-packed tuna for a special tuna sandwich treat.

In A Jam  Yield: 2 batches. (Net wt. 2 oz.)   Perk up your bagel! Wake up your tastebuds and try to identify the flavors in this unique marriage of crystalized ginger, almonds and a special ingredient that brings a zing to your mouth when mixed with a sweet jam and other seasonings... Guess Again! 
Pleasingly Plumpkin   (A sweet blend of ginger and spice and pumpkin is nice!) is a sensational blend of spices to be mixed with cream cheese for a delicious spread on bagels, graham crackers, scones, muffins, waffles, pancakes, pound cake, etc. PLEASINGLY PLUMPKIN FROSTING OR FILLING: 1 Jar Marshmallow Creme Topping 8 oz. Cream Cheese 1 Pkg. PLEASINGLY PLUMPKIN 1/2 Cup Nuts (optional) Follow directions for the spread recipe and add the marshmallow creme topping that has been "zapped" in the microwave for 20 seconds. This is delicious as a cake frosting (carrot cake, date cake, apple cake, gingerbread, etc.) or between layers of angel food or pound cake. Use your imagination and treat yourself to your own concoctions! PLEASINGLY PLUMPKIN SPREAD: 8 oz. Cream Cheese 1 Pkg. PLEASINGLY PLUMPKIN 1/2 Cup Toasted, Chopped Nuts (optional, [pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc.]) Empty entire package of PLEASINGLY PLUMPKIN mix into small bowl. Add 1/4 cup boiling water. Stir and let sit for 15 minutes. Soften cream cheese in a microwave proof bowl for approximately 45 seconds. Add the rehydrated "plumpkin" mixture and blend well. Fold in chopped nuts and refrigerate until serving time. For easier spreading bring to room temperature...and, be ready for a tastebud treat!.
